I was asked to help work on new product development for Kganya Insurance Brokers. They had several products with certain similarities.
The problem they were faced at the time was that policy forms being filled out for one product would end up going to the wrong department due to the slight variation in forms and the similarities in their general look.
The task faced was to create forms that could clearly be identified in the market place as well as within the data capturing centres. Keeping the Kganya Brand consistent but had clear definition of which product was being applied for.
